Continuing the path with Querida and her breathing difficulties
I felt a sense that we could open another session with Querida (26th). I always ask and wait to sense a Yes or No. Nothing can be forced. For many years she said No. That is okay. We always respect the No.
Querida felt a lot more grounded and it feels like she has opened a space to allow herself to heal physically.
She is also self selecting essential oils more avidly. Additionally, she asked me and allowed me to pick her foot up and take out a stone. This is a change for her. Taking help.
The allergies and breathing difficulties also tell us she wants help with something, but the paradox has always been that she struggles to accept help. So true for many of us humans to. Wanting help, and trusting enough to ask for it, are two very separate emotions and fears.
Today we are with Penguin (huddling and protecting from the cold – family) and Manta Ray (the angel of the sea). Two crystals join us as they often do. Labradorite and Smoky Quartz. They will bring their vibration as needed.
As is often the case with Querida we find ourselves with water and earth elements. The sea and the land.
26th June
I am on the beach again. The sound of the sea in the background. A sense of the penguin : protection; holding space.
Timmy arrives. I sense his love for her. It is strong. He is her protection, her family. He stands beside me and we create a space together of loving energy as we watch Querida. She is standing in the waves.
She feels grounded. Letting the waves wash around her feet. Cooling and healing. We are here when she is ready.
The Manta Ray floats into our awareness. She shows us her underside. Vulnerability.
Querida is feeling vulnerable. Timmy and I walk into the waves and stand either side of her. Holding her in our energy. You are safe. You are safe.
The labradorite crystal takes us into its vibration, its colour. It takes us into the universe. The blackness of the universe – stars of green and blue twinking. The vibration changes, goes deeper into the soul. We are seeking a Universal Truth.
Then I am riding Timmy and we are searching. We are riding in Querida’s body. We are walking her spine. We walk towards the tail and blue light drops to the ground. It is a waterfall and we are at the top looking over the edge. Beautiful.
We turn and walk slowly back up the spine now. It is like Querida is building herself from the tail forward. A sense of her entire back end, hips, womb, uterus. She is in the womb as well as being the womb. She is rebirthing herself.
We continue walking up her spine. It is like riding along the ridge of a mountain and looking over the sides. One step after the other as she builds her abdomen and everything within. The heart beats. The rhythm is strong. We watch it pound out its rhythm.
We are back on the beach.
27th June
A sense of being totally attached to the earth. We are still riding within. We are at the shoulders, looking up at the neck. There is a sense of waiting for Querida. She is not ready, so we wait.
Our selves outside of Querida move closer and send waves of love, merging it with her.
We sense her neck becoming heavy, head falling to the earth. A feeling of burden, a load. She sits into the waves and they wash over her body. The smoky quartz vibrates into our senses.
The head and neck are in darkness as we wait at the base of the neck. It feels like taking a leap of faith to see the light. The Cosmos. Labradorite pinpoints some lights. The depths of the sea. The Manta Ray lights up and flutters around us. The smoky quartz shows us the tunnel of smoky light we must step into. We are with you Querida. Can we take a step?
We take a step up the neck, into darkness. As we step a yellow light lights us up where we are. Another step another light from within. We move to the top – where head meets neck, where brain meets spinal chord, where messages are given and received, It feels very vulnerable.
Querida is rebuilding her head. We see the jaw, the teeth, eye sockets, nose, ears. The beautiful brown eyes as they find their light. The ears as they find their sound. The tongue as it finds its taste. All very sensory. Very soft. A little flurry of wariness and vulnerability comes up now and again.
Suddenly we see Risada. She shows us an image of being kicked in the head. Then she is gone. Her support for the process of head re-building? Sharing the process maybe? She has brought us back to earth, back to groundedness. Red light shows up to. Time to leave. Timmy and I leave Querida on the beach. She is okay. She is rebuilding herself.
31st June.
It has been a couple of days, where we all need to rest, ground and recalibrate. We are with Aquamarine and Bloodstone crystals today. Water and Earth. Throat and Root. Armadillo also shows up. Interesting. Armour. Emotional Armour? Fortification? Going it Alone? Protection of Self?
I feel there is something to break up with Querida. It is armoured, but brittle. Physically there is a sense of needing to soften the mucus build up and release it (She is getting help with that physically). What is underneath that?
Are you happy to talk today Querida? A sudden pain in the chest area. Then a feeling of love surrounding the pain.
Love the pain. The pain gives love.
Armadillo is vulnerable if the armour is removed. If love is the armour the pain is vulnerable. A sense that there won’t be love without pain.
Turning different now – the feeling. The love of pain, not protecting pain. Love the pain as it helps us to heal. What you love cannot hurt you for long. Love replaces the pain. Everything turns inside out. The pain surrounds the love. Love expands outwards. Pushing pain outwards too.
She is all love. No pain. The air has taken the pain
Blue light within.
Earthing.
As with all these sessions everything is connected, and as much for us as for Querida. The messages I took away from these are:
“Rebuilding the physical after releasing emotional trauma is one step at a time”.
“Have faith that the Universe will lead the way for all its beings.”
” Follow the pain and love it. Turn it inside out. Love will be stronger. Love will be our armour. Love will protect us.”
