This morning Querida felt a little more grounded and her breathing a little deeper at 16-17 breaths per minute. Her cough is also deeper and more hacking, not shallow. It feels like she is emptying her lungs which is a good sign for me.
The title ‘Awakening to healing’ came to me after the session and you will see why. It may seem a strange thing for an animal to not be self-healing, but Querida has resisted this.
Timmy has shown me that in a way. He was very much with us when I did the first sessions to help her find a way of releasing after Michaela sensed that this was blocked. Then when I wanted to add Mullein to her feed, I asked her first if she would like some, but she refused. She stood over her bowl but wouldn’t eat it. Timmy came and ate some. He didn’t push her away as he would for other food, but just dipped under her neck and ate some. She then proceeded to eat it.
The last two sessions have been about letting go and releasing. This session was different. The healing music that I was drawn to was different. The crystal that wanted to work with us was Aventurine. A stone of the heart chakra. We have also moved to the land, to earth.
Initially I felt a vastness in the energy. The sky was empty and the land vast. Whisper the cat joins me in the space. She is sitting at my feet. There is a feeling of love from her and rest / relaxation. The earth beats around us in the vastness. Querida comes and goes at first, unsure. Whisper and I just maintain an open invitation until she decides to join us.
When she decides the crystal lights up like green fire. A gentle fire, soft and healing. It soothes the top of the lungs, slowly going deeper. Querida is with me now, focussed. Her eyes widen as she sees herself, her own lungs, her ability to heal herself. Green light spreading through her as she lays down, exhausted. Exhausted with holding so much.
The light enfolds her and flows through her. The green flame all around her. Accept and Sleep. Such a gentle and loving light flowing through and around. Caressing her, soothing her.
Whisper goes to Querida and lies at her nose, giving her love. Loving her. Loving herself. Basking also in the green light. Healing. It is all love. Chest expanding, wanting to explode in light and love.
Tears / sadness /grief in the stomach. The green flame washes over it all, takes it and leaves peace, love and calmness behind.
The vastness has left and now we are in a cave, safe and relaxed. Sleep surrounded by green light.
A sense of the forehead being caressed, frown lines being erased. Taking away the worry, the concern, the anxiety.
Querida opens her eyes. She stares into Whispers eyes. Something is shared between them. They know each other.
More tears and love, letting go of pain.
The surrounding green light around us is fading now. Green light flows gently within Querida, staying with her. The flame goes back into the crystal.
Sleep. Rest.
