2024-01-15 Themed Chat for Members – Love, without condition, creates connection

This was the first of our themed chats based on the first understanding of Animal Connection and Beyond. These will be monthly and will cover each of the understandings on rotation.

This chat focussed on the understanding of ‘Love, without condition, creates connection’. We did an exercise to help us find our individual current conditions preventing us from connecting, looked at one way (and there are several) of simplifying or breaking down the condition into manageable pieces, and then an exercise to help us start to change our reaction when something triggers our ‘condition’.

The statements that came up when we replaced the words ‘without conditions’ to ‘without….’ whatever came up for us individually, included:

Judgement – how we can feel judged, and as a mirror how we can be judging;

Expectations – how we can feel so many expectations put on ourselves, but also how we can create expectations of ourselves and others

Communication – where this can mean our need to communicate but something is blocking us from doing that so our condition for connection is to not communicate

Words – where this can be a desire to not have words (usually the wrong words) interfere with our process of connection

These are my basic interpretations of the words shared, although the details of what lays beneath are for individuals to work with in their own time and space. Saying the words out loud can bring up complex feelings from within, that are better acknowledged, accepted, and allowed to flow through and release, by changing our perspective.
